Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting my artwork. Because each piece is either an original creation, a custom commission, or printed made-to-order, please review our policy below regarding sales, returns, and damages.
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final.
I make every effort to photograph and represent the colors, textures, and dimensions of each painting accurately. Please note that slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
If you have specific questions or would like additional photos/videos of a piece prior to purchase, please reach out via the Contact page.
Fine Art Prints & Made-to-Order Items
All fine art paper and canvas prints are custom produced upon order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
Please double-check your measurements and framing requirements before completing your order.
Custom Commissions & Live Painting
Custom commissions and deposits for live painting events are strictly non-refundable once work or materials preparation has begun. Detailed terms are outlined in individual commission contracts.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork or print arrives damaged during shipping, I will make it right:
1. Contact me at here within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing:
The damaged artwork or print
The shipping package and box exterior
The shipping label
3. For damaged prints, a replacement print will be expedited to you at no additional cost once the damage is verified.
4. For damaged original artwork, please retain all original packaging materials so a shipping insurance claim can be processed. We will coordinate directly regarding repair, return, or insurance reimbursement.
