Welcome to my website. By browsing this site, purchasing original artwork or prints, or submitting inquiries for commissions or live painting events, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All paintings, artwork, images, designs, text, and media shown on this website are created by and are the sole intellectual property of Natalia Aandewiel. They are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

When you purchase an original painting, print, or custom artwork, you are purchasing the physical artwork itself.

Purchasing physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to you.

My artwork may not be scanned, copied, reproduced, resold commercially, licensed, or used in advertising or marketing without my explicit written permission.

Artwork Accuracy & Descriptions

I take great care to photograph and represent the colors, textures, and details of my original paintings and prints as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, slight variations between what you see on your screen and the physical piece may occur. Handmade artwork also features unique physical textures and characteristics that are part of the original medium.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at my discretion (such as in instances of suspected fraudulent transactions, payment errors, or accidental pricing mistakes).

If I need to cancel an order after your payment has been processed, I will issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not liable for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or customs processing times.

If you are ordering internationally, you are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that your country may apply upon arrival.

Commissions & Live Event Painting

Submitting an inquiry form through my website for a custom painting commission or live event painting does not guarantee a booking or create a binding agreement. A project is only confirmed once we discuss the scope, both parties sign an agreement, and the required non-refundable deposit is completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalia Aandewiel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, delayed deliveries, or purchased items.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any purchases made through this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
